I moved into my new house back at the end of July and I discovered I had Wasps and Ground Stinging insects on the property. Bob the Bug Man was able to come out and take care of these for me as well as help treat my property for over 300 different types of insects. I recently discovered that I also had a Yellow Jacket problem and that they were in our dead oak tree. Stacy over at Bob the Bug Man was able to inform me with a lot of helpful information about these pests and how we can treat them. After it was treated a week later I had the tree cut down and here attached is the result of their old nest. Bob the Bug Man is very professional and they have a great program to use to help treat your property 4 times from spring until fall for a decent rate. I would highly recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

We started services in 2024 for the pesky Asian Beetles and Christian came out last week to service for 2025. Thank you, we can finally enjoy fall in our backyard!

I am just writing because I was surprised by so many negative reviews. They have been very efficient at my home (and I have a big yard surrounding it). There is certainly a before and after since I started hiring them. Also their customer service is cordial and clear, also about what they can do and what they can't. You pay for it, for sure, but I would not have had them for so many years if they were not good at getting rid of wasps, Asian beetles, and so on.

The customer service is unmatched. I was hoping to have someone come out and identify an insect. The secretary had me send pictures and diagnosed the bug on the spot. I was very appreciative on how fast the response was and flexibility to work with me.

I am on the contract price. I told them the main issue is Asian beetles. It costs close to $800 a year to have them come spray (I think they come out 4 times a year). They supposedly guarantee that it'll work. I have called a couple times telling them that we still have Asian beetles everywhere and each time the woman who answers is rude and tell us that it is working. Even though I have thousands of beetles on and in my house. They simply don't care.
