We had an awesome experience with Jared from Brinx Pest. We came home from vacation on a Fridat to discover a bat in our house. After calling 3 other companies that only sent me to call centers with long wait times, I called Brinx and Jared actually answered my phone call. Even though it was Friday evening, he scheduled a visit to come quickly. Before he arrived, we were able to get the bat out of our home. He still came and did a thorough search and inspection. He searched areas of the house such as the attic that we weren't comfortable searching. His careful search and expertise gave us peace of mind and information that helped us make changes to prevent any future pests. Thank you Jared!

I can’t say enough good things about Brinx Pest Control. We recently had an unexpected (and unnerving!) encounter with a bat in our home, and from the moment we called, he was responsive, professional, and reassuring. They assessed the situation with confidence and did a thorough inspection of our home. They were respectful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. It’s not every day you deal with something like this, but they made the experience stress-free and even educational. Highly recommend Brinx Pest Control if you’re ever dealing with bats—or any pests for that matter. Fast, effective, and truly professional!

I contacted Jared regarding large spiders that are on my house. I was concerned that they might be dangerous. Jared had me send him pictures of the spiders. He got back to me later that evening saying that they were “gray cross” spiders and while they can bite and inject venom, only people who are very sensitive to bugs would be susceptible. He offered to come out and treat the house, but since I figured out that the only household product that kills these demons is 409 cleaning spray, I’m all set. Jared was very responsive and knowledgeable. I will def call if they get to be too much!

It is amazing to me how many positive reviews this company has. I wish I had the same experience and sadly I did not. This company was hired by myself and my brother for services to our home for mice. Jared, the person that I’ve been dealing with came twice to treat our house. First two times he came, he did put down traps and bait boxes in and around the house. It helped for about 6 months or so. Now I don’t really know what miscommunication he had with my brother, but this time around when we asked for him to come back after seeing an increased number of mice. Sadly, after being paid and promising me and my brother that he would return, he never did. Over the past week, I’ve been trying to get him to come back to my house for services and he has not come at all. In fact he said he would come on a Monday and never did and he said it was due to rain. He then said he would come Thursday (Which is today) and he never did. I tried to call and he has blocked my number. I texted him to confirm that he will come and he never responded back to me. This is so unprofessional and disrespectful. We paid this company for a service and he just completely dismissed us. This is not how you conduct business. If our money is no good the just tell us that. For you to not text me back or call me back is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, Jared went as far blocking me so my phone calls goes straight to voicemail. This just tells me he doesn’t want our business at all and our money is no good for him. I am extremely disappointed that he treated us like this. We was very respectful and professional to him and we did not receive the same treatment. Anyone who tries to hire this company should be aware.

Brinx is responsive and sensitive to my fears and concerns of mice. From what I understand, it is a large company, but I always deal personally with Jared and get the customer service that I would expect living in a small town and tight community.
