We live in Cologne and we are so thankful that Brothers Pest Management services out here. Our pest control journey dates back over a year. We had one bat incident, thought we had it handled properly by a different company, only to find out the job wasn't quite done right and was unfinished. Since that time, we have had 3 different pest control people to our house as we have tried to just finish up this small project, and have inquired with more than that. I am so happy that we ended up going forward with Brothers. They are fair in their assessment, gave the family plenty of reassurance that our situation is hardly one to worry about anymore, let us know what should have been done to have it done properly, gave the house a once over, and finished the work of the last company that was out by removing what was left behind. I had squirrels in the attic and mice in my house. I live in Plymouth. I contacted Brothers via email, and they got back to me same day. Within two days they had a tech out (Tayte). He was thorough and patient. My overall experience with this company was truly five star.
