We are so grateful to have her be the one that services our home. When we recently had a roof rat coming in and stealing our dogs food, I reached out to her and she was here within two days and took care of the problem right away! Been with Bugout now for maybe 2 to 3 years ever since they bought our local pest control service. Originally I was doubtful since Bugout was not local. However they have proved themselves to be extremely reliable and affordable. Our service rep is Justin and he has proven to be most professional and customer oriented. Always friendly and helpful. Today he was very informative about a difficult problem we have had with pesky gnats in the house, especially the kitchen. He applied a couple chemicals and told us how to maintain the protection for the following we to rid us of the pests permanently. Very happy that Dustin has our backs!! Thanks Bugout!

I'd like to say the entire experience with Bug Out has been exceptional with all the issues I had going on. After a minor hiccup at the beginning, Justin went above & beyond getting the issue handled, Jesse had to get involved & over the past week & several phone conversations, they were able to not only get things worked out but referred me to Go Green who also were extremely helpful. I received texts/calls with updates letting me know all that was going on, everyone was very professional & courteous & everything was explained what was being done & why it was needed. Justin & Ashton came out yesterday to complete the job, in this extreme heat & everything looks great underneath my home. I'm very pleased with their work & how everyone went above & beyond to get the job done!! I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!! I cant thank you enough!!
