I live in the Heights and Drywood termites are unfortunately something you have to deal with all the time. You cant really completely kill them you have to manage the damage they cause. I have been working with Ken for over a year and a couple of treatments. He is very knowledgable and fair. Would very much recommend.

Very responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Ken came out for an evaluation the day after we called, and kindly worked his schedule around getting access from our neighbors’ yard (townhome life!). He took the time to explain all the different bugs & termites normally found in the area and what the recommended treatment plans are. We really appreciated the quick responses and flexibility.

Ken/Debra and the entire team took care of my father's dwelling after the wicked May 16th storm!! Termites were everywhere at dad's!!! The owner Ken did a great job inspecting our home for termites. He was very knowledgeable and shared as much information as he could to help us identify potential termite infestations and how to prevent them. Will definitely be contacting bugstate pest control for future needs!
