Where is the 10 stars button? 5 stars isn’t nearly enough for Heather’s work and her incredible customer service! If the whole world of customer service took notes from her, this world would be a MUCH better place! She was thorough, she took the time to explain everything she going to do before she even started, then she checked in before she left to let me know what she found and how she approached it. 10 STARS FOR HEATHER!!!

Rhonda was absolutely amazing, she had a great personality, very friendly, had a lot of Knowledge, answered all my questions very throughly. She went above and beyond on the services she completed today including digging up an entire wasp nest in our backyard so my kids can play outside again. Thank you so much!!!

Alex was very personable and was genuinely interested in the work he was performing. He was happy to show the nest upon removal and discuss any safety concerns. Based on my experience, I would recommend Alex without hesitation if pest control were needed

The low price, the time they put in taking care of(even just listening)to u,i had a lady named Peggy,just the most down to earth person,i felt like i was talking to a friend,not just a machine,she really listened ,seemed to go out of her way to find me the help i needed,as soon as possible,the very next day!who very impressed me with how they seemed to actually care and was sympathetic towards me in my crisis, they didnt act bored or rude, or as if i was the pest lol,like a lot of the other bigger businesses out there i called, one who just pulled up and drove off when he saw it was a 5th wheel trailer. Was very rude, wouldn't even listen to any questions like my guy from bug zapper John who patiently (and probably painfully, i was extremely stressed!) politely did. Also again, for the low price, the time theyre providing in return , u cant beat. Their methods used worked on the very 1st day and has been almost a week now so far, i cant believe i had them running around my home ,so many,and cant bring myself to imagine how itd be had i not gotten help and just continued to do nothing but try useless tips i got from other sources.that was my experience so far! Bob is always so wonderful when he comes. I'm absolutely petrified of rodents and he has done everything in his power to make me feel safe and less anxious in my home again. He is so kind and honestly, he's great with my pets as well. He shows up when he says he will and he does exactly what he said he would do. So glad I made the choice to use Bug Zapper!
