Chris our technician came by and expertly took care of the bee issue in the ground. He explained everything thoroughly and was very nice & professional! We had just had our regular service a couple of days before but then discovered this yellow jacket nest in the backyard. So pleased that we could get service so quickly!

We had Bugging Out come out when we moved into a rental to help with a mice issue. From the first appointment, they were great! They answered all our questions and explained every step they were going to do. From the office manager TJ to the tech we had Randy, everyone was fantastic !! We would definitely recommend them!

We’ve been using Buggin’ Out for six years for mosquito prevention services and quarterly checks. Three times in six years we’ve had a mouse get into our basement or garage and each time I’ve basically lost my mind over it and told my husband we have to move. The guys come as quickly as they can (which is within a day or two) and they don’t just tell you how they think the mouse got in, they seal any potential entry points, even if it means climbing under the porch or accessing the most claustrophobic spaces. They even surveyed our property and told us which trees needed to be cut back away from the roof because mice could get in through the gutters after climbing trees. Who knew? I don’t do vermin. We love these guys.
