We had a great experience with Glen and Elliott. Glen was very accommodating and prioritized us into his schedule. He walked us through exactly what he will do to resolve the issue. He was always available for questions. He did not take advantage of us for the situation and didn’t try to market/sell us on things we didn’t need. He just took care of the situation and educated us. He does honest work and I would recommend him and his company for anyone.

I called buggs pest control on a Saturday afternoon and the phone was answered right away! Glenn gave me his personal number to send him a picture of what we were looking at. He then immediately called me and told me what the problem was and how to fix it ourselves!
