I had a few hiccups with my first and second pesticide treatments, but this time the company sent Marcus Perry — and he did an absolutely outstanding job. Marcus was impeccable and extremely thorough. He listened to all my concerns, took the time to address each one, and I saw him work from start to finish: spraying, removing all the spiderwebs, and making sure every area was covered. He stayed for a long time to ensure everything was done right, which was a big difference from my earlier experiences. Marcus really came through, and I would be more than happy to have him back again. I also want to give a huge thank-you to the customer service representatives on the phones — they are so sweet, kind, professional, and respectful. They truly listen, which makes a world of difference.

Bulwark is the best. I live in the South. Yes there are bugs! Lots of them…..but not in my house! Sam is on time, courteous, professional and doesn’t mind my questions. This is a great service. Easy to schedule and office staff great and responsive. Thank you!

Bulwark has been providing pest control to us for 15 years and the service has always been excellent. Our Tech is the best! He is always on time and always checks with us to see if we have any issues inside or outside of the house. We are very happy to not have had any serious problems. I am always confident that if we find an ant in our pantry or a carpenter bee in our front door, our Tech is knowledgeable and has the tools to mitigate the problem. We strongly recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

Bulwark’s service itself is great. Their technicians are excellent, and they have always been responsive. I would highly recommend them for the quality of their work. Unfortunately, when my husband lost his job we had to make some budget cuts, and this was one of the services we couldn’t continue. What has been difficult, however, is their sales approach. I’ve raised concerns about this before, but they continue sending texts that sound like there is an “urgent matter” or that I have an unpaid account. As someone who pays bills on time and carries no debt, receiving a message like this feels misleading. It gives the impression that I owe money when, in fact, they are just trying to get me to call back. I appreciate their service, but I believe their sales tactics could be more honest and respectful.
