Fabian did an excellent job! His communication was great, even though I wasn’t home. He sent pictures of anything he found, like ant mounds and wasp nests, and kept me updated throughout the process. He explained what he was going to do around the house and even asked if I had any specific concerns before getting started. Really professional and thorough service—I highly recommend!

Fabian Vega with Bulwark came by yesterday and did a very thorough job. He even knocked down a mud dauber nest we hadn’t been able to reach. Since Bulwark started treating our property, we’ve noticed a huge decrease in random bugs coming into the house… even the silverfish are gone. Fabian was professional and attentive, and we’re super happy with their service!

I wanted to write and let you know what a fabulous job Fabian Vega did for me today. I really felt that he did an excellent job. I had been your customer years ago and then had quit having the service. I decided recently though I definitely needed to get you guys back and Fabian definitely did not disappoint. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me and why I was having the ant problem that I was having. I have even requested that he be the person that comes to service my property each time because I was so very impressed with him. I think what I like most about him was how he explained what he did. He was so thorough. I couldn’t recommend him any higher.

We have been with Bulwark since 1998. Their response & service has always been fantastic for regular service or special problems. There is no extra charge if we need them between our regular service dates, which is rarely needed with their comprehensive treatments. The best thing is, after the initial treatment they never need to treat or spray anything inside unless there’s a need. I love that. Last week we had ants in the kitchen (very unusual to have ANY critters inside the house). I reported this late in the day & they came out the next day. Since they were fitting us in, the person who came (after normal service hours) was the NW territory manager (I wouldn’t have guessed except it came up in conversation since he just addressed the problem without any complaint). As he was leaving my dog got out & Matthew helped me chase my dog down multiple streets, keeping him from going onto high-traffic streets nearby! I was very grateful for his help & just want to say he was so nice & to recommend Bulwark to everyone. There’s many reasons we have stayed with them for 27 years, you will like them too!

Our service rep ARTURO GARZA was awesome. Super friendly and very thorough…. We expressed our concerns and he went above and beyond to complete the job and put our minds at ease… we have kids in the home and are particular (hard to please) but he did awesome!!! I’m very pleased with my experience working with James Franks from Bulwark today. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. We had prepped our home beforehand to make his visit easier, and he really took the time to do a thorough job. He treated inside and outside for ants, removed a couple of mud dauber nests, and placed glue boards in the garage. I truly feel like I got my money’s worth and appreciate how efficient and respectful James was throughout the process. I’m looking forward to continuing our service with Bulwark and hope they send James out again next time!

We’ve recently started our quarterly extermination maintenance with Bulwark again at our new home and service is better than ever. Our service professional Markel was fantastic and he clearly communicated his arrival time, services planned and set clear expectations. The reason for having Bulwark and this review is our tech Riley Clark V. I have used different services and haven’t been impressed by any of them except for Riley. He got our yard mice issue resolved in no time & that made me sign up for other services, which he got done smoothly without any hassle. He always communicate before his visits & always responds to & addresses any concerns communicated to him when I can’t meet him. When we do meet , he’s pleasant & thorough in his work and communications . I really appreciate & trust his service.

We have been using Bulwark for well over 20 years for pest control. Great service. Their techs work by territory so you have the same person servicing your home each visit. They treat our home as if it is their own. Gus is our tech and is very friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend the monthly service.

Markel came for our quarterly treatment today and he was great. He was friendly and thorough. He took his time treating the exterior of our home and made some recommendations for additional treatments to consider. He was informative but not pushy, which I appreciated. When he was done he reminded me I can call anytime between treatment for service, if needed.

This company is amazing since the first day of service! I am very particular about bugs and misquote. Jay was my technician and amazed me. Then I was scheduled for my 3 month touch up and added misquote service and technician Jonathan came out and exceeded my demands. He even took the time to explain his treatment, spoke encouraging words to my Autistic son and and retreated some areas. Very personable, family friendly and prompt service. I would definitely recommend their service! THEY EVEN HAVE FREE “touch up/retreat” service!! Awesome bang for your buck!! Thank you Jay and Jonathan!! 👍

The Bulwark technician carelessly sprayed a stream of extermination fluid all over my curated outdoor houseplants this morning. When I asked him why he did it so carelessly, he denied doing this. When I showed him the spayed wet leaves of one of the plants he acted like I was making this up. I would of gladly moved the plants inside if I was notified ahead of time... Terrible customer service.
