Burgess is a great company. Jade is exceptional. Within a short time he figured out this house with its old basement and its problems. Came back promptly twice after his traps caught mice. And I have not seen a single ant! Glad I finally called Burgess.

From beginning, my experience with making the call to having someone come out to my home and start the process of setting traps around the inside and exterior of my home, the experience was amazing. The gentleman who came out explained in detail what the traps and bait was expected to do and yes, the traps did exactly what he said. I feel so much better knowing that my home is free of pests and I'm confident that I have Burgess Pests handy when I need to request an emergency visit. As I'm typing this message, it would be the second visit and I am pleased at how they handle any traps that needed to be removed and replaced with fresh traps. I highly recommend this company. It truly is an investment but, very much worth it.

I have been trying to cancel a plan for a couple months now. I have called the office and havent gotten past the voicemail. I have sent emails. I have messaged the chat bot. Theres nowhere on the website to cancel. I am beyond myself on this... the install service was lovely but after this. Strongly avoid.

Burgess Pest company has not resolved the rodent infestation in my Cambridge apartment going on 6 months. Inspectional Services have come observing live rodents. I would not recommend this company for a swift resolution. While I keep a meticulously clean house, I live in squalor and risk for diseases rodents carry as they nest and move around in all areas of my home. I will continue documenting this as it’s also a violation of health and sanitary codes.

I've had a great experience with both technicians who have visited my property multiple times to address a carpenter ant issue. Matt, who has come out twice, is especially knowledgeable and thorough—he carefully inspects every area of the house and yard to ensure all problem spots are treated. The team is also incredibly responsive, often able to come out as soon as the next day if I notice any new insect activity. I highly recommend this company—affordable, friendly, and truly knowledgeable!

Burgess Pest Management came out to treat my yellow jacket nest that was right by my back door. I was sceptical at first as I kept noticing the bees still being active. Less than 2 weeks and they are gone. Highly recommend this company, quick response and they know what they're doing!

Their staff members are kind and professional. When they visit to check for activity we find that we usually have the same staff members coming so they must have low turnover rate. They are polite and responsive. We had additional questions and needed help with carpenter wasps and they were able to take care of them promptly. Highly recommended!
