The customer service is awesome and with the good price. They trust the customer, no deposit needed and let the customer pay after the service completes. They don't charge extra when the roof tiles are broken and replaced afterwards. I really recommend their service.

I had 3 different companies inspect my residence, which is near the ocean, and C.A. Luce won my business by having the most thorough inspection and the best termite remediation plan for my situation. My 3 story home is only 4 years old, while the attached garage is 24 years old. The infestation that prompted me to get an inspection was in that old garage and I did not want to tent the entire 3 story structure, since the house is only 4 years old. C.A. Luce came up with a local treatment plan for the infested garage that I was very happy with. They also repaired the damaged wood and even repainted the affected areas. They also rescreened all of the air vents in the new 3 story house to help keep out new termites. The other companies were heavily encouraging tenting of the entire 3 story structure, but C.A. Luce listened to me and came up with a plan I was comfortable with. The C.A. Luce team that performed the work was very knowledgeable and professional. Very polite and impressive.
