My experience from every touch point with Catseye was impressive. First off, they fit me right in. When you have a problem in this area...you don't want to wait. They came right out. The inspector took a long time evaluating the situation and determining the next steps. The recommendation was thorough and thoughtful. The crew that did the work at my house was very impressive. They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Part of my issue involved cleanup, and that part of it turned out to be much harder than anticipated--they took the time and did it right. Their scheduling department is very accommodating, and everyone was very polite. I feel very confident that I made the right decision. I would highly recommend this company.

Billy was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything that would take place during the process. The company as a whole is very dependable. They called me back in less than an hour after leaving them a message. Very happy with their service.

Yes he did a great job removing a few nests around the house and spraying He was pleasant to talk to. But the gentleman on the phone said they would send someone to double check the area in 2 weeks to be sure there was no reassurance and they had not missed anything. They have not come back yet

Don't leave a ton of reviews, but have had such a positive experience with Catseye. First off, our salesguy Billy was a gem. it showed, with his patience and thoroughness of explaining things to me in scientific but totally accessible terms. We had a decent amount of back-and-forth but came up with a plan that we felt good about and suited our budget. Our first visit for mice was yesterday and Cody. He was super nice and helpful and thorough. We’re going to seal up the attic to keep the squirrels out and then will deal with the bats in the fall after they’re done having their babies (they’re endangered/protected, so can’t disturb them before that, which is fine with us! They can eat mosquitoes in the meantime and we won’t think too hard about the fact that they’re our next-door neighbors).

Communication was great! Everyone I dealt with showed care for my situation and, care for the animals! Billy explained the process up front and managed expectations...Ron was amazing with the trapping process! He showed care and compassion for the squirrels!

I greatly appreciate the Technician coming so promptly to check the bait stations in our house (no activity yet) and to also check the house foundation for possible entry points. Catseye is a good company!
