Abby was fantastically professional. She had booties on in the house and treated my house with care. She was an expert in bugs and informed me as she navigated my home. Treating what was needed along the way. Both the inside and outside was treated and everything used to treat was clearly explained. Abby was very good at making sure my expectations were met while clearly letting me know what was usually done. She was great to listen to my concerns and discuss them with me. As well as putting everything in the report for my records. She also told me what to be aware of once treatment was done and between treatments. The pricing for initial treatment inside/external was reasonable (more than follow-up treatments but still reasonable). Overall feeling we made the right choice and grateful for peace of mind.

Everyone I’ve interacted with at this company has been top notch. Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. I had a ton of ants and after one treatment, I didn’t see another ant in the house. Very reasonably priced, too! I highly suggest going with Chem-free!

Is our tech and he does outstanding work - he does a customer briefing before he starts his treatment to address any issues or concerns and goes and does his thing. He is very knowledgeable in the products he uses and is happy to explain them to you if you want. Chemfree is our bug buster !

We love our backyard, but just couldn't use it like we wanted because of the overwhelming mosquito population. We made the decision to bring in Chem Free to do something about it. We were cautious because we have a pond with fish and some animals in the back and wanted to make sure it was safe and to date our mosquito population has essentially disappeared. Our animals have not been affected, and we couldn't be any happier.

Chem free has been great for us the last 2.5 years. The technicians generally have good people skills and their office doesn’t make us wait forever to chat with a human to resolve scheduling needs. Great customer service and effective product. Shoutout to Kaden Gray, who has stood out as their best technician we’ve worked with.

Stevie understands that I don’t like toxic products being used on my property so he explained what he would be using outdoors and indoors. He told me afterwards what he observed after going around the property. He sounded very knowledgeable and he was very professional. He would be welcomed back here at my next service. Thanks again.

We have always had excellent service from the technicians who have come to provide service at our residence for the many years we’ve been with ChemFree. Today was no exception with Julia a technician here to deliver our bi-annual service. I would recommend them to anyone meeting a home service to rid themselves of bugs and to maintain a bag-free home.

We've used Chem-free for years at our Austin residence. After being mobbed by an army of ants in our 2nd household a quick service request to CF and they took care of everything again for us. Best part is that they are safe for our 2 dogs!
