Chem-Wise offers fantastic service! From the initial intake call to the technician Andres showing up on time, and explaining the procedure during his walk through. I felt like a valued customer throughout the entire process. I definitely appreciated Andres sharing advice and tips on how to keep the pests away. I'll continue to share updates as this was the initial visit. The second visit is when another technician will clear out the traps and seal any entry points. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the cost and service. I recommend anyone interested to check their website for service fees and a coupon too, which I was able to use and save $$$.

I made an appointment for my fall service the beginning of October for the end of the month. Two weeks later someone call asking to schedule my appointment at which time I informed her that I had already scheduled it and to check her computer for confirmation. She stated she could see that and ask would I like to get a appointment sooner. I told her no as there was a reason for the requested date. She said okay. A week and a half later I was sent an email stating there was a conflict and I should cancel or take a 8-9 am appointment instead. There was no conflict when I made my appointment and had already addressed this. Chemwise decided to send the tech to my home at 9 am without my authorization. The concerns I had addressed with the original employees were not on the schedule. I was not dressed. What right does the Chemwise employee have to cancel or change my appointment without my authorization. Was my appointment given to someone else after i scheduled it, if so they should have been made to pick a different and time. Part of my concerns were addressed. The technician is good and tried to address my needs. Was i treated this way because they were already paid?.

Great service done by Nelson! He has come a few times to our house for the summer and winter season. Respectful and effective! Customer service is friendly as well. Very affordable, too!
