The technician was clearly knowledgeable about the specific pests that are common in our area and knew exactly how to handle them. They used a variety of chemicals to ensure the issue was addressed thoroughly and took the time to explain the treatment process, their company philosophy, and what we could expect as customers. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. Overall, excellent customer service and a thorough, thoughtful approach to pest management. Highly recommend!

Great company to deal with, quick, efficient and transparent communications and agreement. They were able to come out the same day as I inquired to treat my home and yard. Technician was polite and talked us through what to expect. Love that they are a family owned and more local businesses. We had an excellent experience with Clae Pest Control on their last visit to our home. Our Tech, Robert, was timely, put on booties, gave us a thorough explanation of the spider issue we were facing and what he'd be doing to remedy the situation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, so we left feeling confident we'd find a solution to deal with our spider and pest issue both short and long-term. We'll be specifically requesting Robert on our next visit, though we've dealt with multiple technicians and all of them have been great to work with. I'd highly recommend Clae Pest Control for anyone who needs servicing!

We originally went with Clae pest control because we liked the young man (don’t remember his name) who first came to our door. He was polite, informative, and not pushy. We have since had a few services performed and Robby was absolutely wonderful and helpful with our specific needs. Just recently we had Adrian come to our home who was equally as wonderful. Clae pest control has been easy to work with, responsive, and reasonable. I would highly recommend.

I’ve had only positive experiences and outstanding results from Clae Pest Control! Robby from Clae is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very conscientious. Before he comes into my home, he uses shoe covers. I appreciate that extra step since we don’t wear outside shoes in my home. He asks if anything new should be addressed and if not, he goes about his work quietly and efficiently. Clae has solved our original problem with now only continuing with maintenance. I am definitely going to continue with them!

Clae pest control is great, they have hands down the best customer service I have ever seen. Great job. Our technician Adrian was efficient,friendly, respectful,communicative and on time. I love how he clears the outside of the house of cobwebs and debris during treatment. We have been very happy with our service. We have used clae pest control since purchasing our home in may. The only insects we have seen have been expired and needed to be removed. I requested that we have the same technician treat our home each service and we appreciate this request has been honored.

So far so good! Just moved into our new house and had Clae Pest Control out the same week. Jeffrey was our tech and he was so friendly, called because he was running early and was able to push my service up which I really appreciated. Definitely would recommend!

We have used Clae pest control since July and have been pleased with their service. Everyone has been friendly and whenever we've needed additional help they have come out quickly. They have been very flexible with scheduling as well. We have seen improvements with our pest/rodent problems and will continue to use their services and recommend them to others!
