We used Clark Exterminating for over 5 years but decided to switch recently because we noticed the tech seemed to be more interested in socializing than doing his job. Our neighbor did not use an exterminator so when he took a job in Alaska, and the house sat vacant, all of his cockroaches found us. It became a real problem but the Clark tech did nothing about it. We called him out for followup visits several times but even that didn't help. He'd spend 5 minutes spraying inside, and another 5 minutes outside, collect his payment, and then spend 20 minutes playing with out dogs, talking about his various ailments, and telling us what he planned to do once he retired. Judging from the quality of his work, it seemed he was already retired; The guy was beyond useless. Within hours of him leaving we'd be overrun with roaches again. We recently hired a company in Malvern and the difference is unbelievable. The tech came out for the first time last week and we've only seen a few roaches since. He's coming out for a followup next week and I expect he'll have things under control after that. But the new tech actually does his job instead of talking about doing his job, and his company charges less than Clark. Think about using Clark Exterminating and then choose a good company, instead.
