Our experience with this company so far has been great! Really consistent communication, especially in cases where they can't make it to our house for the original appointment due to lots of houses being scheduled in one day. Our tech Spencer came to treat the house early and was friendly, quick and professional. Definitely recommend for new homeowners, I have seen less presence of bugs inside the house (spiders, earwigs, beetles especially) since we started pest treatment earlier this year.

Everyone with clear defense is always so nice and thorough. They let you know exactly what they did during the service and follow up regularly to make sure none of the critters are coming back. If they are, someone usually comes over to fix it the same day. Ty is one of the guys that comes by regularly and he is always so thorough. He inspects all over the house as well as always treats every ant pile in the yard. Super happy with this company and its employees.

But our decision was made to use this company after their extraordinary positive Google reviews and friendly customer service after our first call with them. Caleb was very detailed in explaining their service, and we found their initial service pricing, along with the monthly fee, to be fair and competitive. So, we were not surprised at all after the first tech visit with Ian to find that he was very friendly, that he listened carefully and answered detailed questions well, and that he performed his initial work well in preparing to drive pests, especially mice and ants, out of our home. Our only minor critique was that we had informed the intake staff of our mice infestation problem, but Ian was unaware of the fact upon arrival. However, he handled the news well and worked to ensure to efficiently set baits and traps in place to begin eradication of the mice. Further, not only did we appreciate Ian’s excellent work and demeanor, the fact that he provided such detailed notes of services performed for our access through the customer portal left yet another great impression on us. It’s rare that we have seen such attention to detail from technicians of these kinds of services. Because we have had such a pleasant initial experience in performance and exemplary customer service, we chose to complete payment of our contractual obligation in advance, and we appreciated the discount we received for arranging payment this way.
