I reached out to Clements because I begin to have a bug problem about a year ago. They sent out David who is the nicest guy. He was very helpful in providing service with a smile. He also gave me some suggestions to help with the issues we were having both inside and outside. I am grateful for his friendly and timely service. The problems are gone and he still comes every other monthly on time with a big smile. Thank you David for all you do to make this customer happy!

Your technician Steve Liberty is the best. When he comes to treat our house, it is like visiting family. He always says, please call me anytime of the year if you notice anything wrong. We never had to make the call. He is a true asset to Clements Pest Control.

Clements Pest Control and lawn services guaranteed that they could improve my lawn over my last provider. I had to sign a 1 year service contract, but they provide no guarantees. In early July '23, I contacted them about multiple areas in my yard that needed help as I was seeing thinning grass, browning and lots of weeds throughout.. They didn't respond. A week later, I contacted them again, with no response. They finally showed up in the 3rd week after my complaint. They stated that the damaged area was due to lack of water, yet the rest of the yard was green and this damaged area had green blades scattered throughout. I called the service manager, but was ignored after multiple calls to voicemail. August 9th, a month after my first call to them, their regional manager showed up at my house and said the damage was due to lack of water. He said that my sprinklers were the fault and I need to address that. I have over 25 years experience with sprinkler systems and their operation, so the regional manager was trying to insult my intelligence with his comments. I've never had issues in these areas, but he's the expert, right? I put a cup in the center of the damaged area, ran the sprinklers and measured 3/4" after that zone ran. Plenty of water was getting there. The pics shown are after Clements was maintaining my lawn. I called my previous lawn company and they determined that the lawn was damaged by chinch bugs. I haven't had chinch bugs in over 10 years, until Clements took care of things. I also had fire ants and now moles digging through my yard. None of this for 10 years, so I cancelled service with Clements and went back to my previous company. I would not recommend them as I now have to replace about 3 pallets of sod at my expense.
