Scott and Lindsey were great to work with, both very responsive. We hired Cobalt for general pest control services but before their arrival discovered a huge wasps nest. They told me not to worry and that it will be cared for. The next day they came out and call this man the wasp warrior because that nest is gone and those things were angry! I am thankful they were able to effectively take care of this issue and cater their servicing to care for my dogs as well. Thank you, Scott.

Scott went above and beyond. He came to my newly purchased warehouse and office and cleared out all the wasps nest and even forgot an area and came back on his own dime. There was a hole on the side of the building which he patched up and sealed without me having to ask. Pricing is very competitive. Very friendly and I will be recommending him to all my business . partners in the area. He is high in demand so if you do not get a hold of him he will definitely call you back. Scott from Cobalt is excellent. We had him out to do a bed bug inspection. He didn't find anything but was very thorough and happy to explain any questions I had. If we do have any issues in the future, he'll be the first one I call

I'm not sure 5 stars is enough. My family had a major hornet infestation in our attic and they managed to find a way into our home. Our bedroom, closet, and daughters bedroom had dozens of hornets make their way into our living area. We called between 30-50 pest control companies on Tuesday and everyone said they wouldn't be available until later in the week or even next week, even though this was a severely urgent issue for us considering they were literally inside of our house where we sleep. By the grace of God we were able to get a hold of Scott. He understood the severity of our situation and after working all day he cared enough to come to our home around 10pm and stayed until after 4am removing all of the hornets and the nest, and sealing up any access points he could find when other companies weren't willing to come within the next couple of days. He was even kind enough to check back in with us over the next few days and stop by to make sure the issue was fully resolved. We were blessed to have worked with someone who cared about our situation and I hope anyone who reads this will use Scott and his company. I feel confident in saying he would take good care of you.

Mr.Cobalt came to the rescue over the weekend on short notice he was able to remove this extremely large hornets nest. He was very professional and he knew exactly what to do.We thank you very much for your help and we will definitely use your services again when needed.

I don’t think I’ve ever been this let down by a fellow entrepreneur. Base on all these five star reviews and the way Scott spoke to me on the phone, I was ecstatic to support a family business. I spent an hour moving all my furnitures for him to come take a look at the home and then waiting for 1.5 hrs after the agreed time, he “came to my house”, “looked outside”, and left without notifying me. First off, he said he rang the doorbell before heading out. I don’t have a doorbell. He said he “looked around the house” when there was no way he could have looked around the entire house because you need to be let in to see my backyard. He then proceeded to tell me that I have Norway rats, which I don’t. He would have known that if he actually came inside to see the poop size. And then when I call him 5x after he texted me he had already left, he didn’t even have the decency to pick up and refused to come back. The next day he sends me a quote for $1,475 after a “discount for my troubles” and said I’ll need new crawl space doors and vents. And then when I asked what the $1,475 was specifically for… I got no response. I had 3 other exterminators come for an inspection and all three of them said everything Scott told me was untrue even down to the types of rodent it was. I am a huge supporter of small business owners and can overlook most things. I was even still willing to work with him after the no-show and lack of consideration. But this was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced with a family-owned business. And I would never treat an eager client like this. If you want to support a small locally owned extermination company, I recommend HL Cooper or Eco Pest.
