Colonial Pest Service did a fantastic job for us in taking care of the bee hives. Super easy to work with and took care of the problem quickly. Service person is an older gentleman who is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in explaining the process. Glad we called them!

Timely and effective services- were able to send a technician out within a day or two each time I've called them. Technicians have always been friendly and knowledgeable. Services performed professionally and effectively- called for ants and wasps and haven't had a recurring problems. They came and helped critter-proof the house and we haven't had any problems. Highly recommend Colonial Pest Control!

The technician (Ricky) that Colonial Pest Control sent to my home was excellent and seemed very knowledgeable. Would have been better if the company supplied him with an optical camera to actually see the difficult yellow jack nest buried in my rock wall. Never-the-less Ricky did all he could to solve my problem. The six month warranty is excellent!

Just had Colonoal Pest Control remove a large Wasp nest from my deck. Great professional service and the young man who did the removal was awesome. He explained the process and did the job perfect. I placed the call for service Wednesday afternoon, and he was here first thing Thursday am. I will definitely call Colonial again for service. I highly recommend this Company.

They took extra effort to remove a hornet nest that was in urgent need of removal for safety, finding a way to squeeze in the removal on the same day that I requested, despite it being a busy season for insect termination. No other pest control service i contacted— four of them—was able to do so. Price was good too.

Excellent service. I was met in driveway by technician and she listened to me and even showed me a picture to verify if what I’m seeing is what she thought. She was correct. She then took care of spraying. Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and polite.

We were sure impressed that when I contacted Colonial Pest Control they were able to quote a set price for having yellow jackets exterminated from under my shingles and make an appointment for 1 business day later. The service man was professional and informative. I would definitely recommend them if you need pest management.

We’ve been having problems with mice in our basement and Paul, the wonderful technician, refilled the baits and looked around to see where they might be coming in from the bulkhead. He found some open areas and inserted foam into the holes and cracks. He was so thorough! And we are so grateful! By the way, Paul came by to help us the same day we called! Great service and thank you, Paul! We have a service package so the extra inspection and service was included in the contract.

The team that arrives is ALWAYS friendly and competent. They explain everything very well and since I have started using Colonial, my mice issues have been resolved. I love that I can call anytime and get to speak to a real, local person too. Great to have these guys doing this work for us.

We like the quick and reliable service. Have been customers for years and easy to work with. Their company is professional and service is always taking in our time and any problems. The quarterly service works for spring and fall maintenance.

I cant recommend this company highly enough. I thought I had a mouse problem. I called them up on a Friday and they were able to come out a few days later. Two gentlemen came and did thorough inspection of my house and they could not find any signs of a mouse problem. They gave me some ideas of what it might have been that i heard in the wall of my house and what to look out for. They were honest and straight forward and ended up leaving free of charge after the inspection. If i ever do have a pest problem; they will be the only place I call.
