Saw a few pests and our property management team scheduled an appointment with Colorado Pest Management right away. The Service Pro Parker was absolutely Awesome!! He was professional, friendly and knew exactly what to do. He also gave direction for what to do if any more bugs are seen. Highly impressed with the excellent care. Will recommend Colorado Pest Management to friends, colleagues and clients. Definitely five star service!!

We are so grateful that we hired Colorado Pest Management to rescue a hive of honey bees from our chimney! The bee hive had been in this fireplace chimney for at least 7 years. This tough job required scaffolding and two technicians who worked very hard almost all day to rescue as many of these gentle bees as possible. Matt and Elijah were successful in finding the queen bee who is vital to keeping the hive functioning. The bees were gently vacuumed and placed into a box with their queen to be delivered to a local bee keeper. We asked for some honey comb, which we placed into a cheesecloth strainer in the sun to extract the floral honey pictured. All the other pest companies I called either refused to remove honey bees at all, or refused to work on a chimney because it is more than 20 feet above ground. So save yourself some time and just call the bee busters! Thanks again to Colorado Pest Management for another great day of saving the bees.

I experienced horrible customer service with the office. Have had to reach out multiple times to have the same nest treated. Seems like it hasn’t change one bit! On the other hand when you try to reach out for them to complete they’re service they’ll tell you a date and time and then never show up and not give you notice of them not coming or trying to reschedule. Office lady had an attitude from hell and try to gas light you when there’s a technical problem on their end. The only thing that made my experience okay was the tech Matt making sure I got taken care of and that I’d never be talked to like that again from the office.

Parker from Colorado Pest management was very helpful and professional dealing with our clothing moth situation. The only hiccup was the lack of communication involved with getting our home ready for the spray and treatment. We will now have to reschedule for another spray since we were unaware of how to prepare our space. An email or notice with steps to prepare would have been very helpful.

Aaron explained Colorado Pest's Management's concepts and actually performed the service. We did not see any yellowjackets or wasps after the treatment. He was on time and considerate.

The very concise version of this story is this company came out to my house twice for yellowjackets in my backyard. The nest entry/exit point is 2 feet from my garden hose faucet so it needed to be dealt with. I called what I thought were professionals who could help. Unfortunately, this company was unsuccessful and when I asked about next steps, they told me to hire a contractor to remove my concrete patio!! To put it nicely, very weak and unhelpful pest management company!
