John is the most talented and honest professional we could have ever found! He treated my mom‘s house when we found it was infested with termites and he did an amazing job with an extremely reasonable price. Now we just used him for my home as we were told by a home inspector that we had termites which he said we did not. We had carpenter ants and he treated for that. He easily could’ve said we had termites, charge us more money and off he went, but that’s not who John is. I highly recommend his John and his company.

They are extremely knowledgeable about pest issues. They are courteous, reliable, send notification reminders on scheduled appointments, always on time. Also a very important issue to me is if any domestic animals on property they make sure the service provided is NOT harmful to humans and pets. Highly recommend.

Love Combat! For 10 years they’ve been serving me and my family with excellence! When I moved an hour south, from the South Shore to the South Coast, I had no idea that we would still be able to avail ourselves of their high-quality service. Everything they do is great: From response time, to office personnel, to their friendly interactions, to their comprehensive explanations, to their follow up. Mostly, they feel like family. Oh! And the little critters disappear like magic! No reason to choose any other company.

We ended up not needing any pest control services but was very impressed that John came out promptly ahead of schedule and informed us that we did not in fact have a termite problem we had some silverfish! The contractors working on our barn were mistaken as to what they were looking at. We were so happy to hear no termites. John looked around thoroughly anyway just to make sure and said he saw no signs of damage from insects. We are very reassured and appreciative! Would not hesitate to call them out for an actual infestation!

I have been using Combat Pest control for a few years now, and have needed them to service my home for mice and bees nests as well as their usual quarterly visits. They are very easy to get ahold of, come out within days and do a very thorough job. They email you with exactly what they did, what you can expect, and if you need them to come back, the appropriate timing once they have treated an area. I highly recommend them.

We had two yellow jacket nest one in the eaves that got obliterated and one underground. The undergroud were still active as of yesterday. Monday it looks like some animal went in and got them. Can’t say enough good things will definitely use you again.

Judy came out today to spray for yellow jackets and did an excellent job. She was prompt, personable, and took the time to explain what she was doing, which I really appreciated. A true professional and a great representative of Combat Pest Control — highly recommend!

Judy the technician who arrived to our property was fantastic! I did express to her that I found it very frustrating that when calling Combat Pest Control, I was never able to speak to someone at the company. I was always forwarded to their message service. This is not a good look for a company. I was given a date for service via an email, however, never got a time when they would be out to my property, so once again, I called the number given in the email, asking if there was an approximate time when they would be out. Got the answering service again, and never got a response back as to when I could expect them to arrive. Most customers don’t have the luxury of sitting around all day waiting for a service to arrive. We try to support local businesses in our town. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Judy the technician was awesome however.

Judy was great! Very friendly with me and our dog. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly and even checked our attic for mouse activity which I don’t think had been done before. 5 stars!

We have had Combat Pest Control for years now. We pay for a yearly service which includes our house and entire yard. We’ve spoken mostly with John but have also been serviced by other staff as well. They are always very professional, knowledgeable and prompt with answering and returning calls as well as providing excellent service.

Great local business that's easy to contact, schedule and prompt service for all your pest control needs. Office staff is very friendly and professional as well as the technicians who come out to your property. All staff are knowledgeable in the process of each individualized need and have a great gift of explaining the whole process to you before, during and after service. Would highly recommend them over a big name franchise pest control company looking to take your money and not feel valued.

We had a terrible issue with yellow jacket. I mean really, really bad. We tried treating with sprays we bought at the hardware store. We tried using a hand duster to resolve. And we tried hanging a fake nest. Nothing worked. We then contacted someone who was recommended to treat the issue. The guy who came was very nice, but he used a similar to treatment that we had tried by dusting. Just with a more powerful duster. It did nothing. He came back twice more to treat. Again... no results. That's when I heard about Combat Pest Control. I called and was able to get something scheduled right away. The technician, Chad, was great. He arrived at the scheduled time. He did a great job listening to the issue and giving me feedback. He treated the area by spraying a chemical / water solution and we saw a significant improvement by the next day. FINALLY! I'd definitely recommend Combat Pest Control.
