I am so impressed with Community Pest Solutions!! When we noticed a potential mouse hole on the side of our house, they were able to get someone out the SAME DAY to take a look and see what was going on- and we feel so lucky that that someone was Dylan. Dylan was excellent- unbelievably professional and kind, while clearly talking through the options of how we can make sure that our house stays critter free as the temperature drops. He gave great suggestions, was prompt and communicative, and did a great job navigating a wildly small attic entrance with grace! And this, all alongside doing excellent work? I'll go nowhere else for all our critter needs :)

Community Pest Solutions came out to take care of a yellow jacket nest that was a bit tricky for me to reach. They responded quickly to my initial outreach and got a visit scheduled within a few days. They came out for the inspection and were able to treat the issue on the same visit. No initial feedback on the treatment yet since it was completed recently, but they offer a 90 day guarantee, which is reassuring.

We’ve been using Community Pest Solutions for a few years now, and the office staff and technicians are always very nice and helpful, and respond promptly to texts and emails. Derek stopped by for a routine pest spray yesterday. Community Pest Solutions was recommended by a neighbor a few years ago and we’ve been using them ever since! Always proactive and quick to address any issues we may have at our home. We sign an annual contract, and it’s a great deal. Eric has been coming recently, and he’s great to work with, a good communicator and super helpful always.

I cannot say ENOUGH wonderful things about this company. We live in an older home and they have been our go-to call for almost a decade and they deliver exceptional quality care every single time! This most recent time, I was a mess of concern with something I kept hearing in our attic. The owner, Tiffany, was basically my therapist. She let me word vomit all of my fears and concerns, talked me off the ledge, and worked her magic to accommodate me in their schedule quickly. On our assessment day, Jeremy visited us, who we have worked with in the past, and was so kind and patient with every concern I had. He took his time assessing everything, talked through options, and made me feel understood and heard, even though I know I was being a bit nuts and over the top with my concerns (I really hate critters in the home). He went ABOVE AND BEYOND with some alternative options to pursue and I just can't thank him enough for dealing with my craziness! I had mice in my attic and exhaust vents. Dylan did a fantastic job of trapping and sealing to resolve the issue. He was very professional, thorough, and patient. He explained everything and answered all my questions, and consistently went above and beyond. I used to work in customer service management and would have loved to have someone like this on my team. If I ever have another pest issue I won't hesitate to contact Community Pest Solutions and I will be reccomending them to my neighbors.

Community Pest Solutions has been great to work with. Very communicative and always on time. They appeared to do great and thorough work sealing up our house from bats but I’m glad to know they warranty their work so that I can contact them again if I see any other sign of bats within the next year!
