Chad arrived at 5pm on the Friday before a holiday weekend to take care of a rancid dead rabbit that had expired behind the lattice under my front porch. This was an unscheduled, same day request Chad helped with despite being completely booked today. I cannot express how grateful I am to be a customer of this company that goes above and beyond for their customers! BIG shout out to Chad for always being awesome, but especially today. After discovering a huge, active yellow jacket hive inside my basement, I contacted Cornerstone Pest Control. They were able to come out the next day! Their technician, Chad, was very knowledgeable. He explained the situation and his plan, answered my questions, and completed the job with professionalism. I was very impressed that not only did he kill the yellow jackets and remove the nest, he went above and beyond to seal the hole they came through inside and outside so that they won't return. I highly recommend Chad and Cornerstone!

These guys were great! I discovered a yellow jacket nest in my ceiling by my front door on Sunday afternoon, called Cornerstone, and they had someone here Monday morning. Joshua is wonderful! I received an email reminder about my appointment a couple days in advance and then a text message the day of the appointment with the estimated arrival time. He arrived on time, was courteous, and got right to work. Post-visit, Joshua sent me a text with next steps and I also received a detailed email of the services provided. Thanks for great service!

Max was very efficient. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations about what he was going to do, and explained how it went after the spraying and what I could expect for the next day or two. He texted when he arrived and was early within the window of expected time to be at my cottage. 30 day warranty seems to be a satisfactory support for any unexpected return of yellow jackets or bees. Would highly recommend this company. They were professional in every way, from making the appointment to turnaround time.

Cornerstone Pest Control was very informative of the mice removal process and came out to inspect my home the same day I called. Chad was the field technician on the job and he educated me on every possible entryway for mice to get into our home. He uncovered some wide open areas we were unaware of. I’m thankful for his quick and thorough work!

Cornerstone always does great work. When you have an issue, they always seem to be able to provide a quick response. The $200 is for the annual warranty program. Cornerstone eliminated my rodent issue and continue to insure it stays that way. They always send very professional technicians.

Josh did an excellent job. He obviously knew what he was doing. He explained the process for me. He sprayed the recliner where the bugs started & even took it outside so I wouldn't have to. He also explained what I need to do to get rid of it. Thank you Josh. You did a wonderful job.

Chad introduced himself and then reviewed all he was going to do to service our property and individual cabins and our store. When the service was complete, he made sure to go over the service again and what he would be looking for when he returned. He was pleasant and professional.
