We are very happy with Cross. We’ve been using them for a few years. Greg serviced our account today. He was very thorough, professional, and polite. We use Cross for termite protection and insect treatment. Tony came to the house yesterday. He was very professional and conducted an inspection and trap baiting. I’m still happy with Cross and their staff.

Cross Pest Control always makes sure that the work gets completed and follows through; they don’t leave their work incomplete! The office will always contact you through email, texts or phone calls to remind you to schedule your appointment that you paid for! Highly recommend Cross Pest Control of Tampa!

I’m very disappointed with Cross Pest Control Tampa customer service. My dad called to schedule a trouble service, not realizing there was a small balance due. We’ve always paid on time and have never had any issues before. When the representative mentioned the balance, he said, “OK, we can go ahead and schedule, and I’ll have my wife make the payment tonight since she handles the bills.” The rep replied, “No, you’re going to pay me first before I schedule anything.” I overheard the entire call and was just as shocked as my father. The representative’s rude attitude started before my dad even got frustrated. A simple, polite explanation would have been fine, but instead, she spoke to him with complete disrespect. Frustrated, my dad sternly and angrily asked to speak to a manager without cursing or being personally rude, and was immediately hung up on. He paid the bill right away, and when we called back, we were told management would reach out. Instead, a few hours later, we received an email saying our service was canceled. I even called myself and left a voicemail for clarification and never received a call back. Calls are monitored and recorded, and I truly hope management pulls that call and provides escalation training for that representative. Treating customers that way is unacceptable, especially when I see other reviews mentioning similar rude experiences. We’ve been loyal customers for years, and this level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is shocking. Hanging up on a customer and canceling service over a frustrated request to speak to a manager is not how you treat people. I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay away from this company. EDIT: I would like to add that the physical pest control that we have received from this company has always been spectacular. I need to give credit where credit is due for their workers who service homes. That is why I am so shocked by the lack of professionalism and courtesy on the customer service side.

Greg is very personable to work with and always does a thorough job. We never have any problems between treatments.
