We have been having issues with gophers. We have used crown and shield in the past so I didn’t hesitate to call them again.Their employee, Brandon was very personable. He set the traps and we’ve already had success. Aurora, who is the owner was able to squeeze us in prior to the holiday. Nice people to work with. I will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Crown and Shield has been awesome to work with! Chris came out for the initial inspection and was incredibly thorough and honest about what was going on both around our house and underneath it. He and his colleague Brandon came back to seal up potential rodent entry points and remove our old insulation, which had been severely compromised by rats. They were both highly professional, clear about what they were doing, and easy to trust. We also have them spraying the perimeter of our home — both stories — and it’s been a huge relief knowing things are being handled properly. I also really appreciate that they’re Petaluma locals! Highly recommend them if you're dealing with pests and/or rodents.

Brandon came out to my property to take care of the Ant infestation that I've had going on for a long time now. I tried dealing with the issue on my own. However it's like the Ants were relentless, just kept on multiplying , & still making their way inside of my house (mainly the kitchen) even after throughoughly cleaning and getting rid of crumbs / droppings. Brandon was really professional. He took his time to explain everything in detail such as why I had so many Ants even outside of the house and type of Ants they were which was the typical house Ant. He explained each chemical he was using & that the one he used inside is pet friendly which made me feel at ease since I have a indoor cat. So far it's only been a couple of days & I haven't seen any more Ants inside of my house. If you're in need of a exterminator, don't hesitate to reach out to Crown & shield solutions . They seem to be Passionate & like to make sure that their customers are taken care of. I have them coming out here again soon to also take a look at a mice problem that I have going on as well.

Before choosing Crown and Shield I used two other companies, both out of Santa Rosa. One promised return visits and then never showed, multiple times. The other one, a very big company (W.E.), said they'd use multiple products, but didn't. And when the product they did use didn't work, they said it was because my gophers were just stubborn. Really? But from the begining, when I called Crown and Shield, I knew it was a great company. The people on the phones answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. They are so kind and pleasant to work with. And the technicians are really easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Good old customer service!! And they got the gophers. I have recommended them a number of times now. Don't try anybody else, this is a great company.

Because I have most of the house opened up to one side of the wall or the other, and have access to the beams under the crawlspace He assured me that we should be able to treat the wood successfully.
