Your technician Bobby Dixon is absolutely the nicest person on the planet. He has helped me get rid of my rodents like I can’t even express to how much I appreciated his help. He is awesome like awesome. I can’t even tell you he’s on top of it. I saw him in the hallway when I came home and he wasn’t here from my apartment but he asked me how everything went. How’s it going? You know he came in check that was nice. he said he looks good and I’m beyond grateful I was having a heart attack. He is the best and he deserves a raise and I hope he gets it. Went above and beyond trying to come up with solutions for a squirrel problem I had. Worked with me and a roofer to ensure all entry points were covered. All for a great price and humanly relocated the squirrels that were in my attic. Thank you! Also have used them previously throughout the years at various rental properties. She had me text her some pictures, called me back after speaking with the lead technician and seamlessly scheduled our appointment. Kevin was out later that day. He fully explained what was happening, our treatment options and answered any questopns.. He was a delight. He arrived promptly and explained the entire process. Tom picked up the phone and was able to schedule the service for treating carpenter ants in our home the same day. Eric was very professional in exterminating the the ants we were unable to control with over the counter products. Price was very reasonable and guaranteed for 30 days. Its been over a week and we are ant free. Thanks Tom and Eric!

I can’t say enough good things about Tom & Custom Pest Solutions. We tried so many exterminators to help with our springtail problem and all they did was take our money & leave the springtails. This is the first company that was knowledgeable about them, cared, was honest, & most importantly got rid of the springtails that were EVERYWHERE! On top of that they were reasonably priced! Also Kevin who sprayed our property was awesome as well. Couldn’t be happier with this company!
