We use D-termination monthly because we live in a trailer park where the trailer’s are packed tightly together. When I got home from work my Mom told me about the exceptional service of a new bug guy for us named Clint. She said he was very kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we stay bug free. He noticed two ant hills on our property and sprayed them for us. He also offered to help my Mom out of her chair. Excellent service, I couldn’t be happier. The Kahl household would like to say thank you to Clint.

Today was definitely an eye-opener. What started out as the "Oh naw who's at my door" knock this early in the AM. There stood Brian from D-Termination. He greeted me with a smile and introduced himself, explaining what he was going to do and did do. He was efficient and took care in where he sprayed, taking into consideration personal property that could have been in his way. If I had questions, he answered them. I thanked him for being quick and on time, not making me wait half of the day to show up. This company definitely lives up to their name determined to win over your confidence in their customer service.

Kyle is absolutely wonderful. He always call to see if I've had any problems or if there's anything he needs to address specifically. Kyle has a great personality and is the nicest person ever. He's a great asset to this company. 2 thumbs up 👍 for Kyle.

We constantly have rescue dogs in the house and he always makes sure to give us a 30 minute heads up prior to coming by so we can properly put them away. I have been a customer for over 12/13 years or longer in 2 houses, I foget how long. Great service as always, a really big Thank You! really effective and even totally got rid of a sudden huge weird scorpion invasion last summer. Which was amazing honestly. I tried other companies before and they were not nearly as good. Highly reccomnended.

Tech arrived earlier than expected which made my life easier. He took the time to check the house was ready for treatment and completed treatment on time. Price was not even an issue as their treatment always work. Great recommendations.
