The inspector/technician was late. And assumed it was dust mites when he saw the room, and we showed him pictures of what we're SURE was carpet beetles. Visible, all the signs, and dust mites are microscopic. I don't believe he knows what he's doing, seemed unprofessional. This was very unhelpful. We are planning to look for another company, with better prices as well.
