Drive Bye Exterminators has been treating my home for almost 9 years. The service techs are prompt and a reminder is sent the day before . If we have an issue in between treatments, I just have to call and explain and they will send someone out the very next day! I would esp like to recognize Jarin. He has been the tech coming to our house for over a year. He’s always punctual and answers any questions I have. I highly recommend this company !

This company did termite tenting on our house back in 2021. They did an excellent job and their prices were better than most of the other companies we received quotes from. They still come out and do regular checks to make sure we don’t have any termite re-infestations happening. They are pleasant, reliable and overall a great company!

I called drive-by and I got service within two days ! Lee a friend and respectful man came to my home and did exactly what they said he would . I feel like I finally found an exterminating company that not only responds quickly, but whom is thorough. I look forward to maintaining a good relationship with them.

Drive-Bye is the best pest control company I have ever used. Personnel are always on time and conscientious in applying their juice around the perimeter of the house. Bug activity indoors has essentially disappeared. Highly recommend!

I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM MY EXTERMINATORS THAT SHE GAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW RITA HAD NO BUSINESS DOING THIS ITS NOT HER HOME ITS MINE. BINGHAM HAS BEEN MY GO TO TERMITE CO FOR 25 PLUS YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH THEM AND I AM ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATIFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND WOULD RECEMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS IN A MINUTE. IM SORRY THIS HAPPEND

We have contracted with Drive Bye Exterminators for over. 10 years. We highly recommend them.. The service personnel arrive as scheduled, with a reminder sent prior to service date. Once or twice there has been an issue and Drive Bye quickly responded, taking care of the issue totally. Pricing is reasonable. Customer service excellent. Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!

Had a pretty good run with this company for several years. Not sure if it was due to it being acquired but I had an issue with a rep not being able to get through the gate (this hasn't been an issue for years of service). I got a voicemail about it, followed up via email with the lady/rep I had been emailing for several years for any issues with service and got no reply. My property went without service that I'm pretty sure I prepaid for..
