Zach is a valuable asset to Echo Pest and a contributing factor to my choosing services with this company. Any pest concerns have been brought to my attention immediately. Solutions used are child and pet safe. Have never experienced skin irritation or other reactions from chemicals used. The office staff has been friendly and helpful with all invoicing questions. I received a very good promotional offer from Echo Pest Control, so I went ahead and took advantage of it for general preventative purposes, to keep the home nice and free from pests. I had not previously utilized a pest control service and I greatly appreciate the information that was provided to me today when I called the main office, and then again this afternoon when the service technician came by to complete the appointment. All of my questions were answered fully. There is no lingering odor now that preventative treatment has been completed. I feel confident that I will have no issues with pests, and I have been reassured that if I do, I need only to call them and they will be happy to assist again. I failed to get the name of the gentleman who came out for the service call today but he represents the company well. Thank you!

Friendly guy, but If a $50 inspection involves looking at a couple cabinets and a kitchen drawer in one room, then that's what I got. Anything else I could've gotten off the internet. Didn't even do a portion of what the receptionist said would be done. She was very nice.
