Modern Pest was a disappointment. Whilst the service techs were on-time and efficient, the results were less than satisfactory. Trap setting for wildlife was amateur at best. The trap was not camouflaged nor was the bait refreshed on a daily basis. The firm does not honor their second week return rate. I was "skunked!"

Ben was out today to do an installment inspection for the home protection plan through Eco. He was thorough, professional, and very pleasant. We have had Eco for over 20 years now, and have always been very pleased with their services.

Mike Slosek is the best of the best. We love him here. Especially working in a school kitchen, and it being an older building. He's great. He's been to our location for years, and years, and really gets the job done. He's friendly, and open to hear me and my other co workers questions and concerns. I recommend this company based off him alone, and he's trained some really good guys as well. I highly recommend people.

We had an amazing service professional come out and treat. His name was Andrew Vasquez. He was amazing at his job, good communication, great with my dog and children. Would recommend Andrew to be the person to come to treat your needs. Would love to have him come out every time to take care of the treating.

Made an appointment over the phone and Eli showed up right on time. He was extremely professional and courteous working with my family since we had a newborn and 2 dogs to manage. Eli represented the company very well. I can’t speak to the effectiveness of the service since the application was just today, but so far the service has been great

Truthfully feel like I just got ripped off today paying $345 for a 20-minute visit to deal with a mouse problem in my ceiling. The technician was nice enough and we chatted for a bit, but all they did was just put down 10 different bait stations in various locations and sealed up a couple small holes outside. Didn’t even setup any snap-traps, just bait stations. Was hoping there would be more done for the price I just paid… I could’ve easily done what the technician did on my own for about $20 worth of materials. So was it worth me paying an additional $300+ for 20 minutes of work? Absolutely not. But I thought the professionals would have more to offer. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because it comes with a 6-month guarantee if the mice continue to be a problem, and they’ll come back and re-bait the house. Overall would not recommend them due to this price point and the effort of work that came with it. Should’ve been at most $100-150 total for the level of work that was just performed, and even that would be stretching it. Not impressed.
