    Very pleased with EcoGen. Have had them for almost 2 years now. Want to thank Pierre for identifying a leak that had no idea about. As a result we had it repaired. He saved us hundreds of dollars and possible fines by letting us know. Their customer service is top notch. Hard to find good companies like this one in Vegas. Thank you EcoGen.

    I have used many other companies in the past and I've been with EcoGen for 3 years now. The service, customer respect, and reasonable prices have lead to a terrific experience. My tech, Race brought my scorpion issue from 6-10 per night to one a week if any. EcoGen is unmatched in value and service!

    When I relocated to Henderson, I read through many customer reviews and the pest control companies which came highly recommended. I chose EcoGen and couldn’t be happier! My technician is Mike and he is truly the best of the best!!! He is thorough, professional, and an extremely nice guy. I would not hesitate to hire this company if you are looking for a top notch pest control service!!

    Incredible and thorough service. Great communication and our technician Tom was very thoughtful and aware of the pest situation in our home (plus he loved our puppies). Highly recommend EcoGen! I never write reviews but in this instance we felt it was a must. Thank you guys for taking such great care!

    Watch out for these 5 star review joints.. When you call them they will ask for all of your personal information to sell it. $200 for a first time treatment.. Guaranteed for only 30 days.. Sign a contract for them to just show up whenever even though bugs are scarce during the cooler months.. No thanks..

    EcoGen has been absolutely fantastic. I can't recommend them enough. Their techs are always friendly and on time. We can almost count on one hand the very few times we've seen a bug in the house since we started with them over a year ago. Great service!

    I have been a customer of Ecogen for a couple of years and couldn't ask for better service. My service tech Mike is by far the best, he is efficient, kind and always addresses any concerns I have. Mike and Ecogen are the best in town.

    3.5 is my rating My experience w eco gen has been just ok. I can’t stress enough of the positive impact Rob has left (the tech) he sprayed everywhere. Very thourough. He even gave sticky traps and offered to perform tasks that he didn’t even have to do. He was very respectful when I told him I don’t need the mosquito nets or whatever they are…same things I was damn near pushed to get since I’d be getting a “better deal”. Even though I stated ,repeatedly I don’t have mosquitos so I don’t need them…. The sales person is a great salesman but very pushy. Giving me all the reasons why I should get them. I have no doubt that their product is effective. The communication is everywhere, they have 100 different phone numbers and company names I can’t keep up. They call they don’t leave names you can’t call the numbers directly , I had already set up my card information but I had another girl calling me asking did I want to be put on a payment plan or pay in full. She left a message. Like My card is on file just charge it. They offer a healthy home inspection which was never done scheduled but never showed or called. I would assume that would be done before spraying but never came even after changing the time and attempt to reach out. Even if someone couldn’t make it it’d be nice to notify the customer. There is a possibility someone else didn't t do their job as to scheduling but who knows. I told the sales guy( sorry, I can’t remember his name) no let’s discontinue service, he did his best to save the sale ( as he’s supposed to ) affecting his commission I’m assuming. however, I wasn’t a fan of sales tactic at all… was friendly, did engage, did relate w the client. . didn’t take it out of the system. So they were trying to charge my card a few times. I told them I’d keep a great review but I’m at my wits end by my account attempted of being charged multiple times due to their error. It’s just a mess… not bad people just needs to be organized a bit better and a little training
