I recently had Jacob come out to spray for a small flea problem at my home a week ago then another follow up this week. He did an awesome job! He was very professional, called when he was on the way to give me an ETA each time, did a thorough job hitting all the rooms in my home and informed me of the time period I could have my pets back in my home and answered additional questions I had. Would definitely recommend this company and Jacob to anyone in need of pest control services!

An Econ-o-Bug team did excellent work in our crawlspace, to eliminate wet fungus-infested wood now and in the future. Chris Lykes led the team, starting with a thorough inspection of the space with pictures to show us the scope of our problem. Chris coordinated workers, including plumbers and our own HVAC installer, in a series of projects. Jennifer Branham, Econo's Office Manager, worked with Chris and documented each project in a detailed final report. We definitely recommend Econ-o-Bug!

Corey performed our quarterly pest control treatment today. He showed up on time and was very courteous. We had dog toys scattered around our back porch and he picked them up and stacked them in the middle before applying the chemicals to the edges. We have been using Econ-O-Bug for 20+ years and would highly recommend their courteous staff.

We have been using Econ-O-Bug nearly 40 years and many termite inspections have been done over the years by several different inspectors. We have never been disappointed with the employees as they all have a positive attitude and perform the inspection in a professional manner.

Being a customer since 1995, I trusted Econ-O-bug to look after our business building for 30 years and this is my first review for them , and I am sad to report that I am giving them a one star. I truly believed that they were looking after our office bldg and best interest much better than I came to find out. What I just received on Wednesday the 5th, after my prior day inspection was a nonpersonal email , with a quote for 25K for repairs that they want me to sign off on and are yet to call me back about or prior to sending. The 2 inspectors' opinion also, was that some prior repair work does not appear to be done properly, which I responded, that all was performed by Econ-o-bug for 2-3 previous repairs. We all trust that having a termite bond is security, but apparently not. When we purchased in late 94, in 95 we connected with Econ-O-Bug for a bond and was aware that there was some prior damage to the bldg and over the last 30 years we experienced a couple incidents, which one was a large dollar amount we agreed to split because of new vs old issues. Every Year they continued to show up for the inspections, but what ever was found, after that last repair, they would discuss it with the office and nothing more was mentioned, perused or advised that issues were present that should be looked into. Not even a quote was given for anything for many years, except I did get one from the prior inspector because of rodant droppings on the vapor barrier and he recommended it be replaced. He did a quote, but I did not feel this was a big issue to address. In my opinion, I find it hard to believe that someone looking after your home or Bldg for 30 years, would not address prior or new issues as seen for planning on what needs to be warranty or budgeted. Even my employees made the remark that the two guys inspecting this time was the first time they remember anyone from prior inspections, thoroughly under the bldg hitting and checking the wood as they did. But now, it's been so long, how do I determine or trust them on what is new or old damage.? The guys did recommend that a retreatment should be done, and they could do that no charge. We put our faith in that company and with early detection issues need to be addressed or discussed with the owners so they can get a handle on what was found and put together a plan of action for yearly repairs to be done to keep the bldg safe by warranty or other issues that the owner is responsible for. They now have this new computer program that they draw your bldg on and also take pictures underneath for the customer to see. This was the first time ever i have seen pictures of the inspection. All I know is that year after year someone approved my inspections now leaving me with a 25k quote. I believe that the inspectors are commissioned based and old damages are now new ones and it's left up to the owner to dispute. I am not sure if they quoting everything or just the things that has happened on their watch? We look towards professionals to look after our investments, and when they have non-qualified agents inspecting things, this is what happens when someone is pushing it through, I think these new guys did a good inspection, but this time it did not get pushed through, it is getting addressed as it should have a long time ago leaving me holding the bag. I used to believe that long term loyal business relationships were important, I now believe that not to be true and getting a second opinion is highly recommended and important. on anything. As a customer, we are very fortunate to have Jason as our technician. We had a huge bald-faced hornets' nest in dangerous proximity to neighbors and kids. Jason surveyed the scene, directed neighbors and on-lookers safely away, suited up in the intense heat and took care of business. The large hive of aggressive hornets were safely and professionally neutralized... dead & gone. Econ-O-Bug has a great team... Job well done Jason, Hal & Cindy G.
