I have never written a review for a company before, but I feel that this needs to be shared. I live in a house with college aged girls. We are having spider and millipede problems. We contacted our landlord to set up an inspection and treatment. The landlord told us they were coming the next morning to do the inspection. I was in the house, with all the windows open and a clear view of the driveway, sitting on the couch. No one came to our house. I told our landlord this. He called this company and they told him that they did come. So then I called Economy Exterminators and I asked if we had been rescheduled as no one came to our house and the person told me that they actually had to send someone else instead the next day. I asked if a note could be made that I wanted whoever came to come and talk to one of us in the house briefly so we could show them certain places on the inside as well. I confirmed that they had the correct address. I gave them my name and number as well as confirming that they had the correct contact information for my landlord. I was told that someone could definitely come talk to us and that a note had been made. The next day, I waited again. No one came. I called again and the person said that someone did come. I was told that they were contacting my landlord about pricing. My landlord said that someone had contacted him saying that they would be in touch about pricing. We never heard back. We are moving on to a different company. Even if this is partly a lack of communication somewhere I am unaware of, Economy Exterminators has been lying to me about coming to my house and seems like they were going to talk pricing without doing an inspection at all.

I just had my first visit from Economy Exterminators to treat the interior and exterior of my home for insects. Jay was very professional, helpful and friendly. He made sure to inform us of areas he would be treating inside the home as he worked so we could make sure our pets were out of harm's way. Once he was finished, he gave us some great pointers on things we could do in our yard to improve results even further between visits. So far I'm very happy with the service, the communication is much better than we had with the pest control company we were previously using.

We've been with Economy Exterminators for about 5 years now. We've always been really happy with their service. They initially treated our house for termites and we've contracted with them to come out once a year and inspect since that initial treatment. This year they really saved our bacon - Jonathon found a significant water leak while inspecting under the house. He took a video and helped me pinpoint where the leak was so that I could fix it asap. Just one more reason this company is fabulous!

I had a question about the results of my annual inspection. Hannah assisted me and I want to provide this review of her service because it was so very excellent. Hannah was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The answer to my question required some research and she conducted the necessary investigation and promptly provided a complete answer that was entirely satisfactory and absolutely met my needs. Hannah's service was exceptional and she adds great value to your company.
