Extremely satisfied with EcoPro. Our initial consultation/treatment was with Justin and he was very informative. He was able to break down what it is they do and what they use to treat pests around the home. Also he was able to explain what else it is they can do for us as add-ons and that initial treatment took some time. The technician that comes monthly is Auston and we are always pleased with him. Very professional and thorough. Each time I’ve spoken with him he is in a great mood and gets right to work which is something that we appreciate. I know it may not seem like a huge deal but him closing our gate and informing us when work is completed is always appreciated as well. At the start of each visit we are asked if there are trouble areas or anything specific we want addressed and they get right on it. 5 stars for EcoPro.

Very unethical company, John and Cassie are unprofessional and write conflicting emails. We are the original people that started with this company. Dominic was so awesome I wish he was still there. They use to go above and beyond and now they barely do anything they use to do. When you email them about needing additional service was almost like fighting tooth and nail for them to come back out. I would stay away from them until they get there act together. EDIT: apparently you can’t give this company a bad review, John apparently will cancel service on you. And not state in official facts. Sad because we with them since the start

We decided to hire eco pro to eliminate a spider and web problem in our backyard. We called specifically requesting help with our spider problem. We paid the $199.00 fee and scheduled our first appointment. When the tech came we pointed out the problem areas. Specifically pointing out the spider webs along our fence and pergola. I spoke with the tech after completing the service. While talking, the tech mentioned the service was intended to keep bugs from entering the home. I let him know we don’t have an issue with the interior. That was our first indication the service may not have been intended for our problem. A few days later the webs were back. We called reporting the spider webs returned after three days. The person my wife spoke to confirmed the service is intended to keep insects from inside the home. We decided to cancel any further service and requested a refund. We paid for a specific service and did not receive the result we paid for. We made it clear several times prior to the service the spiders and webs were our reason for hiring them. They requested to come to our house to check the condition of the reported webs before authorizing a refund. The person who came agreed there were a lot of webs and offered to respray. We declined because after speaking with them regarding the intended purpose of their service we don’t feel it will resolve our problem. After a few days they agreed to refunding $50.00 of our $199.00. The reasoning we were given for refunding only $50.00 was because we were not charged a cancellation fee and due to the cost of product and labor. Which means we still paid $150.00 for a requested service that could not be provided despite making our needs clear prior to hiring them. This is not acceptable. We were told this is a learning experience for them going forward. But we don’t feel it shouldn’t be at our expense. I’m giving two stars because every person we encountered were very friendly. I hope if the company reads this review they realize having a customer pay for a service they were not able to provide is not an ethical way to do business and provide a full refund. Update: still have not received a refund or receipt for the said refund.
