Bought a Husqvarna 415x from Lowe's, out of the box it didn't turn on. I called Husqvarna who refered me to EcoQuip. Jared called me and we went through some trouble shooting and determined that the battery was either completely dead or needed to be replaced. This was straight out of the box. After calling Lowe's and had a less than desirable experience with them. I REALLY wish I took the extra time to drive down to EcoQuip to purchase the unit from them. Customer service is a dying process, but Jared totally understand what the customer needs. I will 100% be bringing my robotic mower to him for service and any other parts I need. Thank you Jared!!!

EcoQuip USA is great! The owners are very knowledgeable and professional. I went in to purchase a battery pack weed wacker as a gift for my husband and they helped me pick the perfect one. They explained in detail how the machine works, and offered additional assistance if I needed. My husband loved his gift and will go back to buy a blower. The store looked brand new and was super clean. I will definitely go back!

Wow, had such a wonderful experience here! Jared, the owner, went above and beyond! You can tell he is passionate, knowledgeable, and really cares about his customers and their needs. If you want old school, personalized service and top of the line, amazing quality, battery operated/eco friendly tools, be sure to check them out. I even brought my 1 year old son in with me today and one of the guys, Frank, held him while I checked out and helped walk me to my car! I can't say enough say enough good things about them and the experience I had! We stopped by EcoQuip in West Nyack cause we were looking for battery powered hand tools. The owner Steve was so knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions. (Much better than the guys at Lowe’s) If you’re looking for battery powered equipment we highly recommend EcoQuip.

I stopped by the store the other day to get some information about their line of auto mowers. Steve was really nice and professional and helped me get the right mower for my property.
