Mike Turk and hunter were the best eve!!! They explained everything they were going to do to me so I understood. They cleaned up all the bug nests and spider webs around my home. Such a respectful pair!!! 10 out of 10!!! Highly recommended

We were extremely pleased with our service and the men who served us. Brant was great at explaining the sign up processes and helping us understand what was best for our home. They were able to send out Joshua the next day to spray. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, and worked quickly, but efficiently. He was thorough and made sure all of my questions were answered. We were very pleased with all of the service we have been provided so far, and look forward to working with them for years to come.

No solicitation sign. Wood door was open. His face was inches from the storm door. I walked up and noticed this person staring in my house. I closed the door. He then open the storm door and continued to knock. Wrong. Invasive. Bad behavior. Bad company. I called your corporate number and all they could do was take a feedback request. Unacceptable.

I had EcoShield out today and couldn’t be happier! Luke walked me through the options and sold me a package that made sense for my home—super knowledgeable and professional. Sebastian handled the services and did a fantastic job. Both were respectful, courteous, and just great to work with. Highly recommend EcoShield and this team!

One of the salesmen, Jonathan came to my door because he was going to be doing my neighbor's home. I'm not big on cold calls at the front door but I've seen too many black widows on my property lately and he was super nice and did just the right amount of "sales," he didn't feel pushy or insincere. He was also funny and warm. I decided to sign up for a service and the technician who came the next day, Brandon, was so nice and helpful. He was genuinely nice to my kids who were super interested in what he was doing and just seemed like a really helpful professional guy. I've never gotten a exterminator service before but have had a great experience with this one so far.

Blake, Morgan and Luke were the guys that assisted me today to help me get my house on track to be pest free to the best of their abilities. The service was quick, professional and friendly. Highly recommend hiring EcoShield to help with any pest issues. And knowing that the process they used was pet friendly was a huge plus as well! I am looking forward to my next visits to ensure that I am no longer worried about any pest issues escalating to anything serious. I appreciate you all!

David Holstein did an excellent job with ensuring that my pest control services were completed efficiently and quickly. He even went above by offering an even greater service of assisting me with getting back on the road. David is a great asset to the company and truly understands great customer service.

These guys are great. I've noticed a dramatic reduction in the amount of pests I see in and around my house. I have to mention David H by name. He did a phenomenal job, even clearing out wasp nests from light fixtures and treating them with (I think) silicate powder to keep them from coming back. Great professionalism and value. I would recommend!

The technician noted that he got all the cobwebs and made the outside of the house clean, but yet I found all of this outside of my house. This company charges too much for someone to come out for 10 minutes and not do their job. This company is a scam go somewhere else.

I’ll start by saying the customer service team at EcoShield Pest Solutions is actually very nice, and the pest control itself works fine. However, I had a frustrating experience as a landlord that people should be aware of. One of their sales reps showed up at my rental property and talked with my tenants about a “great deal” on pest control. The tenants called me, and since the price sounded reasonable, I agreed over the phone to try it out. What I didn’t realize — and what the salesperson never mentioned — was that this was actually a quarterly subscription. Nobody explained that I’d be automatically charged every few months. It also feels a bit shady that they’re able to sign up homeowners remotely like this, without the homeowner even being there to sign a contract in person. Before I knew it, I was stuck in a long-term agreement that I couldn’t easily cancel. For what they charge, I expected a little more than someone just spraying the outside of the house for five minutes. So yes, the product works and customer service is polite — but beware of how they set up their contracts. Make sure you understand exactly what you’re agreeing to before giving any payment info. I’ll be looking elsewhere for pest control next time

Well the initial application does not seem to have worked perfectly, the Eco shield team and Belle specifically have been most helpful, courteous and professional. I am totally satisfied with the customer service to this point. However, the problem still exists after three treatments. Your team is scheduled an appointment for Monday October 6th for another treatment. If this one does not work, I'm going to have to cancel my services for the future. On the bright side, Harvey and everyone that I've met from your company has been completely professional and have tried to be extremely helpful. I appreciate that. It's the only reason I've given you the chance to fix the problem one more time. Hurry his professional, kind and courteous. It's a pleasure doing business with someone like him.

We've been working with Ecoshield for several years. They are always polite, professional and competent. If it were not for Ecoshield our Ash tree would probably be infested with Emerald Ash Borer. Recently Brett came out to help us deter raccoons and wasps. He was professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job and willing to ensure we are taken care of. He's the latest example. All Ecoshield representatives have been great.

Nick was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We feel very confident that the work was done properly and he assured us that if we have any kind of problem it will be addressed very quickly. We felt very comfortable with him in and around the home. Great work.

My service representative Kayla provided great service! I asked her to look at one of the two services I get from EcoShield - the wildlife service that gets rid of Voles. I had originally scheduled 2 months of this service and wanted to add two more months as it has been effective and I want to make sure to get rid of all the voles. We arranged a very good date for my next lawn treatment. Kayla was cheerful, accurate and quick -- I appreciate her service.

Got suckered into signing up for services as a new homeowner who didn't know better. The service was fine - the first few times I definitely could tell there was a reduction in bugs but after that I don't actually know if anyone actually ever came and did anything. My porches and patios and garage are still covered in cobwebs, and most of the time they didn't even try to go into my backyard or garage to spray. I contacted my original sales rep to make sure nothing renewed after my contract was up, and he assured me that someone would contact me directly to renew and that nothing would auto-renew. Fast forward, never got contacted around the time my contract was up, so I emailed them directly to confirm that my account would not renew and that I would not get charged for any additional services moving forward. I got an automated looking email basically saying they suggested I not cancel, which I didn't address because I was firm in my decision to cancel. Less than a month later, someone showed up at my house to perform service and my account was automatically charge. Not only was I charged but no one was home and my gates were locked, which means the service wasn't even fully performed (have the house + entire detached garage is out back). I then got another notification 3 months later that I was due for a service (I thought I had cancelled???) I followed up on my initial email from 4 months ago reminding them that I had cancelled in writing, so I did not wanted services or charges. I then was met with a response that I had to call customer service to cancel and that I would have to pay a cancellation fee if I did cancel. I have now spent over 45+ minutes with customer service on hold and getting transferred multiple times to various teams and their customer service team has now tried to pitch me several times on postponing services and a 40% reduction in costs to stay a customer. They make it nearly impossible to cancel once you sign up. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere or doing it yourself.

company drivers extremely untrained, always cause congestions at receivers and checkins. this one cant find his drivers license and pickup number. You need to better train your drivers so they dont waste our times.

If you look at my history of reviews, I love to give great reviews. However, this company is a scam. After they sprayed, we had so many wasp nest, more spiders and so many more ants. When I asked them to cancel our account, they came out two more times and charged me for it. When I called to speak to someone, they kept me on hold for over 15 minutes. Then asked if I would like them to come out again. They did not listen to me. They kept saying I needed to talk to someone, but they would not let me talk to whom I needed to. I declined having them come, there is proof, and they still came out. I do not recommend using this company.
