This is one of the few REAL reviews on here. Do not waste your time and money with this company, the sales team is trained with responses to every objection you could have. If you are a nice person they will not leave until you sign. It is a subscription service, the price sheet they will show you does NOT contain the actual prices of the service. They are allowed to go down tremendously on price (depending on the buying temperature of the customer). There is a hefty cancellation fee which is 9/10 times not disclosed. One of the main selling points is the “pet friendly chemicals” when only one of the chemicals is safe. There have been instances of underage kids being hired on as salesmen. Generally not a good company, if you are looking for pest control for a specific problem there are many great sprays you can buy.

Ian, the tech that provided my service was polite and efficient! He made sure to address the areas I requested and made sure there were no other needs. The overall service/company is overpriced and locks you into a 2 year contract which I was mislead into. (Only able to get out with a LARGE fee, customer service line also not helpful in navigating this).

Seth showed extremely good attention to detail, was prompt, kind and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure areas were treated that needed special attention, as well as all other areas. Seth possesses strong product knowledge and a great attitude. He even cheerfully went down to treat the garage on a hot, miserable afternoon. I also appreciate the scheduling window (and the even more narrow window the day of service) - that is very helpful. I look forward to seeing Seth again, hopefully at our next service!

I had a great experience! They came out promptly, inspected the entire house, and explained exactly what they found and how they’d treat it. The technician, Paxton, was professional, thorough, and made sure every area was taken care of — inside and out. I feel so much better knowing my home is protected. Ian is by far the best tech your company has sent out. He actually did the job I expected the first 2 crews to do. Great attitude and solid attention to what he was here to do. There are 10 wasp nests he found on my front porch that were left behind with both previous attempts. And that’s just the front porch. Great work Ian!
