Tom was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what he did and else has to be done. He took his time to explain everything not rushing. Very comfortable feeling. Excellent technican. I know he will rid me of my RAT problem.

Elliott is new on the job and is very personable and experienced. I brought him up to speed on my situation, and he checked all sticky traps and replaced those that needed replacing. He's a nice addition to the Lavery team!

I cannot say enough good things about Ed Lavery & Sons Pest Control. From the moment I called, they were responsive, kind, and understanding. I was incredibly worried after finding signs of carpenter ants near my home, and they scheduled a visit within just two days—which is nearly unheard of. Tom, the technician who came out, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived a little earlier than expected, took the time to explain everything in detail, and most importantly, helped calm my nerves. He inspected the area thoroughly, cleaned up the entire mess, and reassured me that while the ants had made some activity, he didn’t believe they had spread too far into the house. He also recommended I have the surrounding panels checked out, but made sure I didn’t feel panicked or overwhelmed. As someone who was feeling completely stressed and upset, Tom’s professionalism and calm demeanor made all the difference. This is clearly a company that knows what they’re doing and truly cares about their customers. I’m so grateful I found them.

Update May 2025: Still quiet as a mouse above our garage. Today Paul came out to check on things as part of our service plan. He was very friendly & knowledgeable. Update on Feb 26th, 2025: had a follow-up for our mouse in the house problem this week. It was technician Sean who came out again. I was very happy to see him! He has seen the situation & has patiently heard my worries, I didn't have to go over everything with someone new. Very happy with the service. Sean explains things, like how he knows when dropping are old vs new, what can take the food from the traps, etc. I'm learning something new each time. We had another very large company come out to give an estimate for clean-up from the mouse damages above our garage/living room. That was a terrible experience; not only were they going to "solve" my life's problems, but the person could've talked me into buying a Maserati if I had had the resources. Very smooth & friendly, until I didn't sign on his tablet for thousands of dollars of "work" that he claimed would secure my home so much better than Ed Lavery & Sons had. Tried to get me to leave Ed Lavery & Sons for this big business contract. The other person from that company basically said no, we can't clean this up for you unless you sign a contract with us for yearly pest control. Not only that, but he hit our car when he pulled into the driveway & thought nothing of it!! Ed Lavery & Sons is still 5 stars in our book. Initial review from 1st visits in 2024: Sean was professional, polite, friendly, down-to-earth, and REAL. Very informative, open to questions. Reassuring to a very anxious customer! I felt comfortable talking to him & would recommend his services to family & friends without hesitation. Thank you Sean! Beth in the office responded to my request for help & information within a day or so, sent me an appointment time, & Sean the Technician was at the house within 2-3 days. So far I am very happy with the communication & timely service of Ed Lavery & Sons Pest Control business! I expect to be rolling over to their maintenance services next spring.

This company has been a great find! They helped with wasps in the past and now mice/rodent control. All technicians have been knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
