Tim came to do my sprinkler blowout and oh man, what a great job. He let me know when he would arrive, reached out via text to let me know what he did and what to expect come spring. Very great communication. I signed up with Eden due to a termite issue in our basement, but what a great value and service they continue to provide. Would recommend to friends and family.

Eden provided prompt, kind customer service from our first call and they were great communicators. They removed a yellow jacket/ hornet nest for us at a fair price the next day. We will use them in the future for their excellent customer service going above and beyond. Troy was wonderful!!

Very long time customer, and up until recently I was very happy with their services. Yesterday, I received an email that, not even two weeks notice, my monthly subscription is being hiked up 30%! I was completely floored. A rate hike of that much, with improper notice, all under the guise of keeping up with rising costs of operations, to feed the company's pockets without giving customers adequate time to plan accordingly. Apparently all these years of being a loyal customer means nothing to them beyond the $$$. Update- I DO NOT RECOMMEND - They are now forcing this increase on me, like it or not. Upon refusing to this increase, and telling them to discontinue my subscription, they are now trying to force this increased cost for the next month because THEY'RE REQUIRING a 30 day notice to cancel my services subscription, despite them not even providing sufficient time of notice to able to do so should I not agree to the increase. I'm currently looking into legal options for their thieving business practice.
