Effective solutions is great! We were horrified to find out we had bed bugs. Tim got rid of them fast and checked back to make sure they were gone for good. He went above and beyond and really cares. Highly recommend!

Having a sniffer dog saved me from having to do my entire home. I was not prepared financially to do a whole home treatment so this was an extra special treat. What a dedicated, honest, and diligent team!

I would rate 6 stars if that were possible! We thought we might have a bedbug problem, and found the Effective Solutions website via Google. The website was detailed, helpful, and quite informative. When I called, Devon answered the phone promptly, and was helpful and easy to speak with. Devon suggested we have a test done. The test was scheduled for the *next morning* -- we really appreciated the prompt service. Amy and Tim arrived right on time (including giving us an "on the way ETA" text) with their sweet and super-smart sniffer dog. Tim and Amy were friendly, knowledgable, and effective. Their dog checked every inch of our home, and happily for us found nothing. They gave us some additional advice and information, and billed us electronically. Very easy to work with, nice to deal with, and overall a great experience. Re-read that last sentence, because it deserves repeating. I respect the integrity of their business. It occurred to me that they could have easily "found a problem", quoted us an expensive solution, and used our concern and fear to land an expensive project. But no, they don't work like that -- they are honest and forthcoming, which I really admire, appreciate, and respect. They only charge you for what is needed. Such honesty is refreshing. This is the "A" team. Look no further.

I was horrified when I found a bedbug under my pillow. I called and spoke to Devon and I really appreciate how kind, empathetic, and understanding he was about my problem. Devon by far is one of the most professional owners I’ve ever met. Devon came ready to work. He performed a pre inspection and other flammable items before the heat treatment. Since the heat/chemical treatment, we have seen no signs of bed bugs. Also, I tried every chemical or home treatment known to man. Don’t waste your money. Contact Devon and get immediate results. Lastly, he has provided follow up - which is rare and something I greatly appreciate it. I highly recommend his services.
