If only it could be less than 1 star. We pay $45 a month for their service and they do come out several times a year. However, if there is a problem outside of those times then there is no one available within the 2 week period so they have to escalate it and someone will call within 24 hours which they don't. I've been through this before with them. For routine service calls they are just fine. If you are having a problem and need them, they simply don't exist!!! If I call another company to deal with the problem, I can't deduct that from the monthly charge. Paying for a service you don't get - isn't that illegal?

Jamos always does amazing job. Jamos communicates extremely well and very personal. He always gives great advice and doesn’t mind answering any question even if they are “silly”. We appreciate all he does!!

Ehrlich came when they said, did a good job, but I had issues with their billing department. It was nearly impossible to set up an online billing. When I called to complain they dropped the price substantially.

I've been using Ehrlich Pest Control for years and can vouch for their excellence. We live in an historic old house, so we co-exist with various mice, spiders, ants, and other assorted creatures. Jamos is efficient, incredibly knowledgeable, and always responsive; he keeps them all in their place so we can be comfortable and safe in ours. SO appreciate everything Ehrlich does for us and highly recommend.
