I am very unhappy with the service I’ve received—this has been a horrible experience. I originally scheduled an appointment for a Monday, but 15 minutes before the scheduled time a representative called to cancel and rescheduled me for the following Monday. I explained that I have a critter in my attic and asked for an earlier appointment, but was told that was the soonest available. Fast forward to today (the rescheduled Monday), and 30 minutes past the appointment time I still had not heard anything. When I called, the representative said, “Oh, I’m still at the previous residence, so I need to reschedule.” It appears he wasn’t even planning to call and notify me. This is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service. I am very disappointed with Ehrlich

Ehrlich has been out termite company for a while now and we are very pleased with them. Any time with have an issue they respond right away and their techs are always so good. Sahab came today and was so thorough and even took the time to walk me through how to make our house even less termite friendly!

I would very much like to keep Sahab as my regular technician. He is very helpful, trustworthy and eager to address my pest concerns. I would feel better if he could service my property going forward. He should be commended for doing such a great job.
