Ehrlich provided great service! I was able to schedule an appointment promptly and the technician showed up early on during the appointment window and did a great and thorough job! We had them come out to remove a wasp nest that was behind the house. I would definitely recommend service through Ehrlich again to friends and neighbors. Thanks again!

Our service tech, Bill, called us 2 nights before the appointment to ensure we knew he would be at our home at 8 AM and he wanted to know if we had any specific problems we wanted addressed. The technician was wonderful and thorough. My only complaint is the company’s inadequacy in communication and scheduling. I called two days prior to my appointment and the person I spoke to recorded that I would not be home between 8:45-10 and did not convey that to the technician. The technician called when he got to my house at 9. He was great as he was able to accommodate my needs. The company is not what it was as this has happened multiple times

Excellent customer service feels like a forgotten art nowadays. In my career, I hadn’t used Ehrlich before, but this was a wonderful introduction to your company. We needed an inspection due to a potential bed bug/insect issue in one of our rooms. Ehrlich came out twice today after our morning call just to ensure everything was in good standing—whereas other companies I’ve worked with would take days to reschedule and come out. The response time was truly outstanding. Kurt was also a 10/10. He was kind, caring, and most importantly, understanding of our needs. His customer service was phenomenal. We need more professionals like Kurt!

I was very pleased with Erlich pest control at my new home. Actually an older home but new for us. Our technician Jesse showed up on time and was very professional. He took time to understand what our issues were and walked through the house with me and also did some Exterior treating as needed around the home. I signed up for a service contract, which I felt was very competitive and I feel really great about the experience with the technician who will be handling our service.
