I have been a customer of JC Ehrlich for over 20 years, ever since discovering carpenter ants in my 100+ year old house. They come out on a regular basis to treat the outside of the house as well as inspecting and dealing with activity inside. They promptly come when I call about any new insect activity (such as carpenter bees). I have found them to be friendly and responsive. Their treatments are effective in keeping destructive insects in check. Over the years I've worked with many representatives from the company. Most recently I've been working with Joey Speciale. I am able to text him anytime and he is very responsive. I'm away from my house quite a bit and he takes care of business whether I'm there or not. It's a pleasure to work with him.
