Vinnie from Ehrlich is the best! He knows I'm allergic to bees, and is always prompt to come out and take care of any issues. Recently we had yellow jackets attacking us when we'd walk out the front door. I contacted Vinnie, and I kid you not, he was at my house in less than 10 minutes, bee suit and all. No other pest control company would provide this level of service! I'm grateful my home is not just a stop on his account, but is treated with importance.

Called in my card to be put on autopay at least 3 times. Always was told I am good to go. Always telling them that they still have not charged me. Now I have been sent to collections and my account shut down. Stay away from here. Clearly very disorganized if they are sending customers who are trying to pay to collections.

Cancelled on me AFTER scheduled time. Told me tell the receptionist about my situation next time WHICH I had ALREADY DID when making my appointment. His reason for coming was to give me a FREE CONSULTATION to see where birds are coming from and to determine what kind of birds I had. Day of appointment he’s talking about who’s gunna pay him me or landlord if work needs to be done. When making appointment I was told I’ll have this information so that I can give it to my landlord in writing and have for myself.My landlord doesn’t live far and dude refused to let me call landlord to meet us, saying I’d have to reschedule …it’s a day after a holiday must I add.

They bought my old pest company, Seitz. I canceled before they even took over. Twice Ehrlich has come out without my permission and charged me. I've been trying to get this taken care of since last year. Been getting the run around and how someone will call me back or it will be credited. No one has called and now I'm being threatened over legal action on a service I DID NOT ASK FOR nor approve. I absolutely cannot nor ever will recommend this company. The people who work there are nice, but absolutely nothing gets dome.

Had this company come to my house 15 years ago to control the bees$100 call today for preventive indoor outdoor cockroach spraying. One-time fee $325 get on the yearly plan $275 plus $60 some dollars every month. Rip off

Have used Erlich for 2 of my houses. One was infested with fleas. We set up the year round service and the first treatment cleared up the issue. They came back and sprayed once more inside, and continued to treat the exterior. After the year was over, we decided not to continue exterior treatments and had no issues discontinuing service.

Vinnie, my service provider, has given me excellent, effective service and reliable results for years. He always goes beyond a routine treatment to ensure my residence remains pest free. He always looks to identify any and all potential pest entry points, and takes whatever measures necessary in order to avoid any future issues. Vinnie has my highest praise and gratitude for a job well done, and I could not rate him highly enough. Thanks, Vinnie, keep up the good work!
