The first tech that came to my house was a bust - distracted and didn’t do what he was here to do. So I call their office and explained my situation. I’ve never had better customer support. In just a few days the service manager, Taylor, was in touch with me. He was apologetic and hellbent on making this right. Taylor didn’t send out another tech. He personally came to my home and performed the tasks that needed to be done. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. EnviroPest made it right.

EnviroPest was did a great job for us! We had 17 wasp nests around our place (yes, 17!) and they sent out Jaylen to take care of it. He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and just a great guy to have around. He made the whole thing feel really simple and stress-free. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. I have used Enviropest services at two different homes. Their technicians have all been informative, courteous, and attentive to my pest needs and the variety of entry points. Customer service has been outstanding. When I have a pest issue arise between quarterly service appointments, they are quick to send someone to attend to the problem. Very pleased!

Riker has been treating my house the last year or so and has been doing a great job! Every time a new set of pests pop up at my house, he is able to get rid of them quickly. We have had increases in pests a couple of times and the company is always quick to come and resolve the issue, even if it's not at their normally scheduled interval. It is great to have a pest free house for my family to enjoy.

I have used Enviropest for for a number of years and have been satisfied with there work. There rates have stayed the same. I had them treat the inside this time; the only thing I would hope for is that they would have placed the insect traps.

Over the years, EnviroPest has been a great help to our family. Their quarterly service is very reasonable and has kept the insect pests out of our home. And they have been excellent in helping us control an ongoing mice problem coming out whenever we have needed them to set and check traps at no extra cost. My regular service was scheduled when I found a hornet nest in my backyard. This service appt, I was told 5 days in advance (thank you!) and was able to call and have the nest removed too. I wasn’t home for the service and the tech forgot the nest. When I texted the tech, he hurried back over, apologized and took care of it quickly. Appreciate his service!

Enviropest is one of only a couple of companies in Denver that treat termites. After reading reviews I chose Enviro. Jaylen and Keynon were exceptional. They notified me when they were on their way, were on time and very professional. They took the time to explain what & why they were doing things. Even explaining the habits of termites. They went above and beyond their duties when they bagged the leaves that they had to move to install the bait traps. Enviropest’s cost was very reasonable and they have a yearly maintenance program that is very reasonable. All in all I’m very satisfied with this company and highly recommend hiring them.

Ryker did an excellent job resetting the bait stations and clearing out wasp nest in our soffit. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail he brings to the table
