Had Tim come by for my quarterly service. He arrived on time with notice of arrival. He quickly knocked out the requested services and was very cognizant of care of the interior of our home (i.e. hardwood floors, etc.) and pets. enviro tech came to my building and did a sloppy job of inspecting. I live in an apartment complex where the is a heavy infestation1 floor above me. This company makes numerous appointments to inspect instead of being proactive in spraying and making sure the surrounding areas won't get infected. Maybe they get more money that way. Used to be a good company
